Overview

I am currently working with a University in London to recruit an HR Consultant on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to lead on strategic HR projects. Responsibilities Lead on strategic HR projects focused on implementing HR processes and procedures Working closely with senior HR team members, manage and deliver projects in support of the HR strategy Working closely with your client groups, carry out HR diagnostics and develop appropriate responses to organisational requirements Evaluate and update existing HR policies, processes and procedures Lead on a variety of HR practices such as organisational design, change management and Pay & Reward to name a few Negotiate and consult with Trade Unions recognised by the University Provide advice and guidance on a range of staffing matters Qualifications/experience required Higher Education experience (preferred) Experience of leading on strategic HR projects Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management Experience of consulting with Trade Unions (preferred)
