Finance Manager (9-12 month contract) - Barnsley - up to £45,000 Benefits Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a market leading distribution company who are looking for a Finance Manager to join their Barnsley site on a fixed term contract for 9-12 month minimum. This role will look after a large, fast paced and highly reputable contract and mentor a small finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven finance professional to utilize their business partnering skills while working on both monthly accounts and site-based projects. Finance Manager Responsibilities: Ensure weekly and monthly reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner Oversee management accounts, budgeting and forecasting Mentor and develop a small finance team Work closely with site-based project teams to drive cost savings and efficiencies Work with operational teams to produce commercial reports and KPIs Deal with ad-hoc reporting and customer requests and engage in customer meetings Required Skills & Experience: CIMA or ACCA qualification is highly desirable Proven experience in a commercially focussed role Experience of driving cost savings and efficiencies Highly experienced working on management accounts Business partnering experience would be highly beneficial Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers In Return You’ll Receive: Competitive salary of up to £45,000 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with opportunity to purchase additional days Excellent benefits including variety of high street discounts If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Finance Manager opportunity, please click 'apply now’.
