Overview
People Business Partner - 12 month contract - Leading UK Charity - flexible location This is a great opportunity for a strategic People Business Partner to join a leading UK charity. Reporting into a Head of HR Business Partnering you will support a specific Directorate and play a pivotal role in developing their people strategy. Your key accountabilities will include:- Coaching and building the capability of senior managers. Ensuring the Directorate attracts the talent required for current and future resource requirements. Managing the ER caseload for the directorate and advising Directors on employee relations and reputational risk issues. Supporting organisational wide people projects. Embedding a culture of inclusion and collaboration. Contributing to the design and delivery of strategic and operational change. Supporting learning and development across the directorate. You should be a senior HR Business Partner with a track record of developing strategic people plans and partnering with senior managers and leadership teams. Strong leadership and performance management skills need to be combined with experience of managing strategic change projects. A good knowledge of employment law is essential.
