Administrator Receptionist Job in New Milton Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a local company in New Milton who have an excellent reputation. They are currently looking for a new Administrator/Receptionist to join them in their head office in New Milton This Administrator Receptionist will be the face of the company, welcoming visitors and clients to the head office. You will report to the Human Resources team. Duties and Responsibilities: Meet and greet visitors and customers, signing them in and contacting the person they are there to see. Administration of manual tickets on the sales system. Administration of general documents. Ensure databases are up to date and maintained. Assist with any HR administration as required. Be responsible for receiving and sending post. Maintain office supplies, ordering new when running low Provide some PA support to directors. Use Microsoft packages Knowledge and Experience: Highly self motivated Attention to detail Previous experience within an office based role Personable with excellent communication skills Salary and Benefits: £18,000 Free onsite parking Full time Monday - Friday position 8am - 4.30pm (possibly negotiable) Friendly team This Administrator Receptionist job in New Milton would suit candidates who have previous receptionist experience within an office environment.
