Business Intelligence Lead - Crawley £40,000 perm benefits A leading organisation based in Crawley is currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Lead who will be responsible for the day to day management of Business Intelligence alongside running the business reporting requirements. The Business Intelligence Lead will lead each stage of the reporting cycle and across the multiple pathways and providers this service involves. The Business Intelligence Lead will be flexible, able to work under their own initiative and manage the Business intelligence requirements across the organisation. Responsibilities Lead the development of quality reports based on all contracts Develop and build reporting capacity on the appropriate platforms Support finance reporting procedures and processes The post-holder will lead in the design and delivery of visual, drill to detail reports enabling users to see trends and understand factors impacting performance. The post-holder will collate large and complex data sets from a variety of sources, and consolidate these into appropriate and scalable data warehousing, which can be accessed by the relevant teams within the organisation. The post-holder will also contribute to performance management analysis and improvement to support and facilitate planning and risk management processes, Key Performance, Quality, Contractual and Operational reporting dashboards. The post-holder will provide Payment by Results activity analysis and interpretation to enable subcontract monitoring and challenge. The post-holder will lead on the creating, managing and producing monthly KPI, Quality and Activity monitoring reports in line with the requirements of key stakeholders. The post-holder will support the Contract and Performance team with relevant and timely information and reporting throughout the contract negotiation round with subcontracted providers. They will support the referral centre team with reporting-based tools to improve the patient service. They will provide technical support across MIP to ensure that health intelligence and information are fit for purpose. The post-holder will be a key liaison with provider BI teams, ensuring effective links with providers who have a responsibility for supplying data required for analysis. They will provide analytical support to the development and monitoring of the service budget and planning.
