The Opportunity: The HR Advisor will support the Global Technology HR team in delivering the annual HR cycle. The role holder will also support multiple HR projects, including, but not limited to, global harmonisation, workforce planning and the role out of a new orientation programme. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded HR professional to join a global HR function with an IT transformational business agenda. Your responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to: Co-ordination and key support of HR projects and processes across reward, talent and culture, workforce planning, learning and development, HR Data and HR transformation programmes. Provide and deliver value-add advisory service to managers, on general HR matters Manage the successful delivery of project objectives for the business and across HR related to HR initiatives Work with HR colleagues to assist in the development of initiatives and the achievement of the broader goals of HR You will need to be able to display you have the following knowledge, skills and experience: Ideally a graduate with HR/office experience An understanding of business drivers and industry dynamics Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Excellent administration and organisational skills Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills essential, HR system experience preferable Previous HR experience advantageous At QBE, we view our people as our most precious asset.
