Overview
Real Estate Paralegal A leading global practice is seeking to further expand its real estate offering with the appointment of a dynamic paralegal to its Sheffield offices. The Real Estate group provides advice in property investment and development, renewable energy, asset management, planning and disputes and acquisitions and disposals etc. The client base consists of national developers, banks, energy companies, pension funds, private investors and retail funds. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of commercial real estate transactions, including consents to assignation, licenses for works, deeds of variation, rent reviews and drafting correspondence to clients. You can expect to be dealing with leases, obtaining title documents and searches, assisting with file opening procedures and completions of property transactions.
