Paralegal - Real Estate
Overview
Sue Ross Legal are currently assisting an international firm of Solicitors who are currently seeking experienced Real Estate Paralegals to join their team based at their Sheffield City Centre office. You will be expected to support the Real Estate team as a whole with various transactions including, leases, licences to occupy, deeds of variation, rent reviews etc. Typical duties in this role may include; • Handling a caseload of sales and purchases • Providing support with more complex transactions • Opening files • Drafting legal documents • Preparing reports and certificates of title • Adhering to compliance regulations To be considered for this role you will have experience gained within a Commercial Property department and be familiar with the legal terminology and processes related to this area of law. You will be confident managing a varied caseload in a fast paced environment. You must demonstrate yourself as a confident communicator both written and verbal.
