Overview
We are recruiting for an Account Manager to work for our client, who are an established organisation in the FM sector. You will be responsible for several of their key accounts within prestigious premises in central London. The ideal candidate will have worked on Hard FM contracts in either an Account Manager or Contracts Manager role, with excellent client and contractor liaison skills. Ensure that contracts are operated in accordance with the company’s Integrated Management System, Procedures, Processes, Client Contract KPI’s and work instructions. Monitor the overall performance and escalate any problems to the Account Director or Client as appropriate. Administrate all non-contract tasks and to issue instructions relevant to those tasks. Responsible for the management and reporting of budgets and their expenditure. Produce reports as and when required. Reports must be available and presentable at all times. Responsible for the production, management, distribution and presentation of the client monthly report. Management of Health & Safety issues appertaining to the sites for which you are responsible. Ensure all records are kept for contract which you are responsible in accordance with the appropriate standards, filing system (hard and electronic formats) Manage the preparation and issue for approval of contract operating procedures which will include quality plans and site safety procedures during the initial set up phase and subsequent up date and management of this information. Operate within financial budget constraints providing services which are cost effective and fit for purpose. Overall responsibility for contract staff discipline, process and site conduct of all staff either directly or indirectly employed covering services for which the company are responsible.
