Overview
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Social Housing provider for a Regional Head of Delivery in London to be based from Clapham. You will be responsible for the delivery and management of the day to day regional delivery activity service in relation to responsive repairs, voids, gas and planned works, you will directly manage the contract managers and ensure performance meets core requirements and beyond. The head of delivery will work collaboratively with the head of property and Head of Customer service to shape and deliver the high level of service, working on local, integrated solutions that make the best of resources and derives the best value for the business and service for the customers, adding social value to the communities in which they operate. Experience Required: Experience within Social Housing or a Housing Contractor would be desirable Recent/existing Senior Management/Director level background Commercial track record developed within compatible business environment Sound understanding of the maintenance requirements of large scale Social Landlord organisations Knowledge of Registered Provider Regulatory framework Appropriate professional or trade qualification and extensive experience in the relevant areas Experience of establishing good relationships with internal and external customers and staff - and motivating employees/building team spirit Previous experience of managing conflict and change (particularly important as the business model embeds) Ability to project credibility Effectively analyses numerical data, verbal data and all other sources of information Make rational judgments from the available information and analysis, producing a range of workable solutions Demonstrate financial awareness - and controls costs and thinks in terms of surplus, deficit and added value Knowledge of Registered Provider Regulatory framework Salary £73l-£76,700k plus benefits such as agile working, generous holiday and pension package.
