Following the successful launch of our Design and Installation Service we are now launching our search for an Regional Installation Field Manager to cover London and the South East. Role Purpose To manage the installation of high-quality bathroom products in domestic dwellings. Engage the customer and the fitter in order to provide the highest levels of customer service and facilitate the completion of the customer’s project within an acceptable time frame to the highest standards. The role requires you to be responsible for a specific geographical area. Role Responsibilities - Engage customer and fitters - By on-site visits and Communication with customers and Installers, utilising the Work in Progress reports to prioritise your day with the objective of completing the installation within the agreed timescale. - Manage Installer quality - To drive the quality of the Installer through the completion of Site visit reports and feeding back to the Installation service centre and engaging other departments of the service centre on issues of poor performance. - Deliver acceptable levels of service - Use existing guidelines and procedures to resolve any customer service issues. - Record and communicate any agreements made with customers to the Installations team. - Provide a forum for open communication and feedback to and from the installer population as well as acting as a key contact for other departments. - Ensure all administration and procedures are implemented and utilised to be consistent and in line with company standards. - Manage all open projects from day 1 of installation to completion, within given time scales, through on-site visits and telephone contact, in unison with Installation Service colleagues. Communicate regularly with all relevant parties to ensure the completion of all installation projects - Manage all your installations in progress, and facilitate the customer and fitter and all other parties to ensure the closure of the project in the shortest time frame - Manage any customer service issues to ensure quick resolution and provide the best solution that is both reasonable and cost efficient for both the customer and Victoria Plum, and within agreed guidelines. - Provide feedback/returns/reports as directed by your line manager to support the collation of information for the benefit of the business. - Provide point of contact for the installations team, and any other areas of the business in order to promote effective communications. - Ensure all site visits are carried out using the priority ratings and within the agreed timescales. - Any other reasonable relevant request that supports achieving the installations or company business plans.
