IT Field Engineer (Microsoft Infra & Cloud) Cloud / Infrastructure / Desktop / Modern Workplace Looking for an opportunity to join one of the UK's most respected Managed Service Providers? Here at Cloud Decisions we have partnered once again with a long-term client to help the growth of their London based support team. As one of the UK's most respected Managed Service Providers, they hold various unbelievable credentials, including being one of only a handful of Azure Expert MSP's for Mirosoft They're aligned to some of London's most recognisable brands, providing support and project services across Cloud, Infrastructure, Networking, Desktop and Modern Workplace and they're looking for an experienced Field Engineer to deliver on-site support across the capital. So what are we looking for? About you You'll ideally have experience working in a Managed Service or IT Service environment, delivering customer facing support services on customer site. We'll need you to be comfortable turning up to new clients and instantly building relationships with key stakeholders and users, so personality is key On the technical side we're looking for: - Experience providing 2nd/3rd line support - Microsoft Desktop OS (Windows 7-10) - Microsoft 365 - Azure IaaS / AzureAD - Knowledge of large scale network environments including Cisco, Switching & Routing, WAN/LAN etc - Administration of Active Directory & Exchange - Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware) - Any experience with Azure, AzureAD or related Microsoft Cloud products are a bonus What's in it for you?
