APPLICATIONS ENGINEER NORTHWICH PERMANENT MANUFACTURING Company: Are you an experienced Technical Support Engineer or an Application Engineer with a background in Electronics? One of our well respected clients is looking for an Applications Engineer to join their business. They have an extremely high retention rate making this a very stable and secure job. Benefits: £33,000 Salary Company Bonus (Discretionary) Life and Health Insurance Pension - 5% matched 21 days holiday (increases each year) Bank holidays Working Days 8:30 - 5:30 Monday - Thursday - 8:30 - 1 Friday Secure position Stability Be part of a great team Supportive Environment Duties: As an Applications Engineer you will provide front line technical support for customers You will be responsible for defining and agreeing specification with customers leading to custom products You will create and maintain support documents You will work with hardware, software and firmware products You will liaise between the sales, design and production departments As an Applications Engineer you will maintain the crm with support enquiries as they arise Requirements: You will ideally have a degree or qualification In electronic engineering or a related discipline As an Applications Engineer you will have a good understanding of software, firmware and hardware Preferably you will have experience with C, C++, Java, iOS, PCB schematics and layouts Ideally you will have experience of being in a customer facing, problem solving role Please feel free to have a confidential chat on the details below.
