Team PA for City based financial services company
Overview
We are looking for a bright, capable and enthusiastic Team PA who has good client facing skills as well as event management experience. This is a maternity cover for a financial services company based in the City of London. WHAT YOU’LL DO Direct support for a team of around 10 people with 3 Senior Members First point of contact for all client queries Managing an annual calendar of client events including sending out invites, tracking attendees, liaising with venues and managing budgets Travel arrangement nationally and internationally Attend and minute frequent meetings to discuss the events schedule and prioritise where necessary You will also work with the wider support team in the company where needed, providing cover for sicknesses and holidays WHO YOU ARE A bright and capable Team PA with at least 3 years’ experience. Someone ideally who has worked within finance before Someone who has dealt with events and can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and organisation
