EA to CEO in Pharmaceutical industry
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an EA to support the CEO of a non profit organisation in the Pharmaceutical Sector. A fast paced and ever changing role assisting the CEO with typical EA duties, along with taking control and keeping projects on track, you will also be involved with the operational duties as well as liaising with high-level health and civil service officers. They are looking for this candidate to start immediately, preferably temping for a few months during this difficult time with COVID-19. With the idea of being made permanent thereafter. This candidate will receive all the support they need to be set and and work remotely from home before returning to the office full time when possible. Due to this person working for home from the beginning, experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry is essential and needs to be obvious on CV. Requirements: Minimum 5-year experience at a MD/VP or C-suite level Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively, juggling multiple tasks Flexible, proactive attitude. Willing to develop within the role Calm under pressure and a positive attitude.
