Overview

A leading private healthcare company requires an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Divisional CEO with ad hoc support to 2 other members of the senior leadership team for 6-9 months. Key Responsibilities Diary management, including liaising with internal and external contacts and producing papers. Arranging and scheduling meetings, working with various stakeholders to manage what can be complex meeting schedules. Creating and amending PowerPoint presentations. Supporting meetings through note/minute-taking and chasing up actions. Line management of a junior team member. Planning and arranging domestic and international travel and processing travel expenses. Skills and Experience Previous experience of supporting board level executives is essential, ideally within private healthcare. Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work in a structured way to a high standard against tight deadlines. Ability to manage multiple tasks and issues. High level of accuracy and a good attention to detail. The ability to work proactively, using own initiative and with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels. Good computer/software skills, in particular Outlook. Competence in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
