Role: Personal Assistant Location: Piccadilly, Central London Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.30pm Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 gross per annum Start: ASAP Seeking an experienced Personal or Executive Assistant to support a dynamic CEO of a fashion brand, in Central London. The CEO and co-founder, is looking for a first-rate PA to make their life easier so they can devote all energies to accelerating the growth of the brand. Primarily office based you will be required to work 8.30am – 6.30pm Monday – Friday, however a degree of flexibility to meet deadlines is required. A large part of the role is to manage the hectic schedule of the CEO; the schedule often changes and will involve frequent prioritisation and scheduling/rescheduling of meetings and appointments so someone with a high level of organisational skills is essential. You will frequently be liaising with the CEO’s high profile client base so you must be highly discreet. This is an exciting opportunity for an articulate, and flexible Personal or Executive Assistant with excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with individuals at a senior level. Duties: Co-ordinating travel, including car services, hotel arrangements and flights Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and clients Supporting all your colleagues with access to the CEO when needed Managing team events Producing travel itineraries, including all required documentation Making reservations for meetings/events at appropriate restaurants and venues Collating and submitting all expenses Ad-hoc administrative Extensive diary management Project management All business administration and logistics Overseas travel with the CEO To be considered for this role you must; Have 5 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant Have excellent contactable references Have a valid passport Be eligible to work within the UK
