PA to Creative Director and MD - Design
Overview
Calling all creative PA's Our client an internationally renowned artist is looking for a PA/Studio Assistant to support him and the MD in their trendy East London workshop As PA/Studio Assistant you must be a strong relationship builder able to take on a broad range of duties providing a high level of personal assistance to both the Creative Director and MD, whilst also fully immersing yourself into studio life assisting the Studio Manager with any ad hoc task that crops up On a daily basis you will be managing the Creative Director’s and MD's hectic and ever-changing diary both personal and business, booking complex international travel on a weekly basis, managing and organising two busy inboxes, liaising daily with a variety of clients whilst also working closely with the Business Development Manager, attending new business meetings and taking minutes. Alongside this you will be a core help in the running of the studio, assisting the Studio Manager with the general running of the office including anything from ordering office supplies and meeting and greeting clients to helping organising studio events and fun socials To be considered for this role you must have at least one years’ experience as a PA and a background working within a creative industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast paced environments, a passion for design and the arts whilst also experience working within a similar studio environment. As a person you must be a confident, energetic and strong communicator with a great sense of humour and a real ‘up and go’ approach to work with a one step ahead mentality.
