EA to CEO-healthcare
Overview
We are working with an innovative start up based in central London, who are striving towards developing vaccines for some of the worlds biggest health care problems. The team, based in central London are looking for an EA to the CEO, with support for the wider team. This is a superb opportunity for candidates interested in the health care sector, keen to be part of an organisation with a global reach and a social conscience . The Role Ability to anticipate and proactively manage the diary of the CEO and Leadership team. Plan and prepare calendars (scheduling up to one year ahead). Reschedule and rework calendar as required in order to prioritise and manage their time effectively. Develop indepth knowledge of the business, its key leadership team and stakeholders Manage and direct travel arrangements; create and distribute detailed itineraries Arrange and organise CEO and leadership team lead conference calls, internal and external meetings. Provide onsite EA support during Leadership team and Board meetings. Screen incoming emails, documents and information that require the attention of the CEO. Provide outstanding email support. Respond or redirect where appropriate. Receive telephone calls and enquiries, process and prioritise as appropriate. Act as the representative and ambassador to internal and external parties, ensure that they have a meaningful and positive experience of the company. Organise and coordinate Board meetings. Liaising with global investors Stay one step ahead of the CEO and leadership team. Anticipate their needs and proactively bring together resources to support them. HR coordination ( with assistance from external agencies) Assist the Leadership team for HR related aspects including onboarding new employees, running inductions, dealing with Health and Safety, maintenance of company handbook, drafting employment contracts etc. Carry out any other reasonable tasks as required.
