T2M resourcing are working with a highly successful global organisation who have an opportunity for a Credit Control Manager to join their team. As Credit Control Manager you will be joining a busy and vibrant working environment in prestigious offices in a City Centre location. Reporting directly to the Head of O2C you will lead and develop your team whilst implementing process efficiencies adding to the success of the business. Competitive Salary Bonus & Benefits Package As Credit Control Manager your remit will include the following: Managing a Credit Control function on a day-to-daybasis Ensuringfocusismaintainedinkeyareasincludingcashcollectionanddebtordays Make certain all balance sheet accounts are reconciled to any supporting documentary evidence, with any variances investigated and resolved promptly ensuring there is no slippage during a time of significant change Ensure cash received is posted in a timelybasis Establish and review credit and collection policies and manage the full cycle of credit including the review of credit applications, credit limits including risk analysis, new account set ups and accountclosures Input to contract negotiations as appropriate with procurement & suppliers, such as debt collection agencies and credit information providers To keep abreast of the latest changes in the credit management world through contact with external credit managers, credit circles and creditforums Develop and maintain a strong control framework, in line with agreed SOX controls and bestpractice Provide day to day leadership of the Credit Management team - motivating and leading the team you will also lead the way in developing processes andefficiencies Stakeholder engagement - develop key relationships with Commercial & keycustomers To be successful in the role of Credit Control Manager you will have the following skills and attributes: Credit Manager with >5 years’ B2B experience in a credit control & shared servicesenvironment Strong technicalexperience Large company experience is desirable Able to demonstrate strong operational control and processknowledge Resilient, hard-working and determined to drive through change andimprovement Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with people at different levels throughout the organisation and in particular senior management anddirectors Resilient, hard-working and determined to drive through change andimprovement Able to demonstrate strong operational control and processknowledge Ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively & to work to and meetdeadlines.
