Overview
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to take their career to the next level working for one of London’s top asset management firms. This is a hybrid role that will offer the right PA a huge variety of responsibility. Supporting a very busy Managing Director, you will be the go to person for all their travel requirements, client meetings and events, managing ever changing diary and taking on additional projects. The other element of the role will be point of contact to key clients and you will be responsible for preparing their itineraries and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role would suit an ambitious assistant who likes to take on additional responsibility alongside their day to day duties. Responsibilities: Extensive diary and email management Organise global travel and itineraries First point of contact for internal and external clients Co-ordination of committee meetings including preparation of key documentation and agenda packs, minute taking, and accurate record keeping on the progress of the project. Ad-hoc projects and research, such as reviewing basic documents including contractual terms. Reconciliation of company card expenses, assistance with budget administration/business payments. Experience/Skills: Substantial experience in a PA or Team Assistant role Experience of compiling reports and documentation Competent use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (intermediate to advanced) including Outlook diary management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both spoken and written Highly organised and a multi-tasker, with a highly proactive approach
