Head of Finance (Ops) | PE Backed Hotel Scale-Up | London The Client Harmonic are proud to be working with one of London's fastest growing PE backed Hotel Businesses. They are looking to take on a Head of Finance (Ops), a number 3 in the business, to cover all their European portfolio. The company is based in central London, boasting some of the sleekest workspace in the City. The senior leadership are extremely impressive supporting a work hard play hard environment and the flat management structure complements the non-corporate culture. The Role Recruit, mentor and develop the European Hotel Finance teams Ensure best practice accounting and the highest internal control standards are adhered to Drive continuous process improvement Work with the group Finance, Operations and IT teams to review and implement system improvements to improve reporting accuracy and speed Oversee the annual budgeting process for the European hotels Production of other ad-hoc reports What we need to see (essential) ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified Multi-site hospitality experience Hotel/hospitality experience Strong man management, leadership and people skills Experience with report writing Highly analytical and detail orientated with a curious mind High self-drive and ability to work as part of a team Effective and clear communicator Strong Excel, analytical and report writing skills Salary: £80k - 90k 15-20% bonus Start date: ASAP Please get in touch with Jack on for further information.
