Overview
Graduate Project Manager Sparta Global is a leading services provider and the "Female Grad Employer of the Year" winner at the Women in Tech awards 2018. Our Business Consultants deliver dynamic technical projects with clients across industry verticals including Finance, Public, Government, Retail, E-Commerce, Media and Travel. Our Graduate Project Managers come from a wide range of backgrounds, from STEM to Arts and Humanities degrees and many more. If you have a passion for solving problems and liaising with stakeholders, we'll upskill you so you'll have everything you need to get your foot in the door and build your career. Sparta empowers our consultants by providing commercially relevant in-house training for 6 weeks. Following this, our Business Consultants are placed on our 2-year Graduate Programme where they would be employed as Junior Project Managers to deliver a variety of digital transformation projects utilising methodologies such as Agile and Scrum and combining business and technical acumen to help clients solve business problems.
