Overview

Are you an immediately available HR Assistant looking for a FTC in a trendy marketing and advertising agency in the heart of London? Are you eager to expand your HR knowledge in an open, friendly and creative environment? I'm currently partnered with a super cool advertising agency who are looking for a HR Assistant to join their HR team of four, on a 2-3month FTC basis. You will be organised, savvy and have the ability to work well in a team or on your own initiative. Based in the heart of London, this creative agency have worked with a host of exciting brands and are looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running As the HR Assistant, you will be responsible for the influx of recent new starters including offer letters, contracts, the onboarding and induction process, exit interviews and supporting both payroll and L&D. There may also be opportunity to assist the Talent Partner with the recruitment process including scheduling and sourcing candidates. You will be confident in standing on your own two feet, super organised and have strong attention to detail. As you will be building relationships with people across all levels of the agency, someone who is open, switched-on and vibrant would be great Previous HR administration experience is essential.
