Overview
Finance Manager Robert Walters have partnered with a global manufacturing organisation in Wokingham who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their experienced and growing technical accounting team. Key responsibilities: Leading a team to ensure financial knowledge is provided on all aspects of manufacturing accounting and analysis to ensure compliance across multiple sites. Take ownership of day to day costing and annual standard setting processes. Lead the reconciliation process within financial planning. Act as a finance business partner to all the local supply chain and manufacturing teams Ensure the accounting accuracy for all aspects of the internal inventory. Ensure there is unity between the plant and costing teams for proactive collaborative problem solving. Owner of regional processes for Inventory accounting including wall-to-wall stock count takes. Ensure compliance with internal (SOX) and external audit requirements. Plan and supply deliverables around Internal and External Audits. Accurate and timely month-end reporting. Meet all corporate and regional deadlines. Experience required: Fully qualified accountant (ACA , ACCA , CIMA or equivalent) Strong Financial Accounting skills (US GAAP desirable) Manufacturing and cost accounting experience is essential Proven previous leadership experience is also essential
