In order to be considered you must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (or international equivalent) Location: Wokingham Salary: 50,000-55,000, 12% Bonus, 7k Car Allowance Responsibilities: Support the local Business Unit Finance teams by providing financial analytics/insights enabling delivery of financial forecasts, through relevant analysis as part of closing Lead the planning cycles, working in close collaboration with local finance partners Develop and identify business needs analytics, and leveraging standard data and tools to deliver innovative analytical solutions, Share best practices and either import or export to make a positive impact beyond your country/cluster Within the EMEA FP&A Region, act as the reference on a specific standard process / report and continuously look to improve it Support the Regional Business Unit Finance team by providing all financial analytics/ insights enabling delivery of financial plans and forecasts, Support EMEA / Corporate initiatives (business and finance). Qualifications/Experience Required: Fully Qualified Accountant Strong analytical skills, ability to analyse and interpret financial data Collaborative in style, open to change and strong continuous improvement mindset Varied experiences in management accounting, decision support etc Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and proven success in managing projects & processes Strong communication, influencing & business partnering skills with an ability to flex communication styles appropriate to different levels and stakeholders Knowledge of SAP and Excel, To apply or for more information please get in touch with Drew via email on: or give us a call on
