Overview
An opportunity to join a progressive People & Organisational Development team, as their Reward Analyst you'll use your positive attitude, your knowledge and experience of employee pay and benefits, and your ability to collect, analyse and produce management information of the highest quality to support the our client to achieve its aims and objectives through its people. Working as part of the People & OD team at either their London offices, you'll help to ensure the organisation rewards its people fairly for the work they do, and encourages them to give their best every day, by overseeing all elements of our varied and highly competitive pay and benefits offer. This will include close involvement with our pension schemes, operating and overseeing our job evaluation scheme and managing our range of employee benefits. You'll also lead the development of new initiatives to ensure our reward and benefits package supports the recruitment and retention of staff whilst aligning with our organisational values and objectives. Alongside your responsibilities for employee reward, you'll also lead their provision of workforce data to the organisation. Collating and making sense of data about people from various sources, including our HR database, you'll undertake routine and ad hoc reporting to support organisational decision making right up to our Executive Team and Council. You will be joining a small team and it's a job full of possibilities because alongside your core duties you'll have the opportunity to get involved in other pieces of work across the People & OD function to develop your knowledge and skills even further.
