Project Administrator Hatfield to £26,000 pa Immediate contract A company that has seen exceptional growth throughout the business and who can offer someone unrivalled opportunity to succeed and develop their project management skills are now looking to recruit a super organised, driven Project Coordinator to support their external Project Management team. Own transport is essential due to employer location The role will include; Managing numerous projects at differing stages from conception to completion Arranging for all information to be communicated thoroughly and documented where needed Collate original site drawings and information relating to the project for all to use and access Schedule installations while managing both direct resource and contractor support Ensure compliance across all tasks Report writing upon completion and issuing to end client and Project Management team You will be the first point of contact for many external clients so strong communication skills coupled with the ability to form excellent and time tested relationships is essential. Whilst you’ll be delivering administrative support to the PM team you will need to have the ability to learn and retain technical information . Construction led backgrounds are highly desired in this position however transferable skills and a desire to learn and develop your existing skillset is equally as important.
