My client and I are looking for an experienced hands on - Exec Head Chef for their fantastic property in South Wales, so a fantastic potential opportunity is on offer very commutable from the Bristol region. We require a strong Exec/Head Chef who is hands on with a minimum of a 4 Star Hotel background - the dining operation is multi outlet with a strong focus on a modern fresh dining offer - combining a mix of classic dishes with some parts that have a modern Australasia influence This is a truly fantastic opportunity for a Exec Head Chef who is passionate about quality and getting into a business at the perfect time to make their mark. This client has a modern, dining concept and is looking to push forward. You will: Be required to work closely with the General Manager and the team on developing the offer, maintaining consistent and high standards at all times Have a proven track record in a previous business with a notable fresh food offer. Be fully experienced with running a kitchen in a medium to large property. Full competency in book work and financial reporting Total understanding of health and hygiene legislations On offer: An excellent basic salary of up to 55k dependent on experience.
