Lead Interior Designer needed for London studio - up to £285 p/d - high-end residential projects Your new company This multi award winning, market leading, London based interior design studio is globally recognised as one of the best firms for providing high end residential, hospitality and retail design projects. Their clients consist of private clients, property developers and luxury hoteliers. Your new role Ideally you'll be able to start ASAP on a freelance or contract basis, with the potential opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. You'll have 10 years experience as an Interior Designer who'll be responsible for overseeing and managing Mid-Designers down. This is a Project Designer Job, where you'll be focusing on the day to day delivery of projects. On a daily basis you will be liaising with clients, contractors and local authorities. Your prime responsibility will be to ensure that deadlines are reached whilst maintaining the brand's expected high standards and expectations. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success. You will have a strong track record in delivering high-end residential and hospitality projects, an understanding of market trends and a sound understanding of product design. The right candidate will be calm under pressure, have the ability to delegate and monitor workloads as well as being highly organised and efficient. As well as various benefits, depending on your experience you'll receive a day rate varying between £160 - £230. The studio is based in vibrant area of Central London with plenty of restaurants, bars and café's on your doorstep.
