House building Site Manager - Long term - Reading Your new company Working for a large scale PLC house builder on a large site based in Reading. This organisation are a well known name in the business and are a great company to help grow your career. Your new role You will be the Number One on site, from sub contractor management to all aspects of the build. You will be working directly with the Contracts Manager and will have an Assistant Manager reporting into you. What you'll need to succeed You will need a valid SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid. Along with experience working on a large scale residential development for a large scale or PLC organisation. Experience working and communicating with sub contractors to make sure that operations work smoothly. What you'll get in return You will be remunerated with a lengthy contract, working for a reputable firm. You will be given a competitive day rate, along with the opportunity to move onto other projects in the future, and if suitable perhaps made permanent.
