A unique opportunity for an M&E quantity surveyor to join a multi-disciplined contractor based in Birmingham Your new company My client is a multi-disciplined contractor who are looking to bring an M&E quantity surveyor into their M&E business. They work on large range of projects throughout the Midlands; such as large industrial buildings, commercial building area and extensions of schools and hospitals. They offer their clients a full D&B package, and follow up with pre-planned maintenance after required. Your new role You will be working on projects typically ranged up to £80,000, projects would be those within the commercial, educational and industrial sectors. You will be required to carry out variations up to £20,000. You will have contact with the clients and will be involved with the project through to completion.
