Overview
Your new company A local house builder focused on the private residential market now seek an experienced site manager for a new upcoming scheme in the Beckenham area. Project due on site in the next 4 weeks and due to run for the next 12 months, With a strong orderbook adding to the existing 5 live sites 2020 will be the busiest year yet for this growing company. Your new role As site manager you will be no.1 on site reporting to a visiting Contracts manager, You will be responsible for all site based activity from sub contract management, Health & safety enforcement to short term programming and weekly site based progress meetings. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced site manager and comfortable working on a standalone basis with office based commercial support. You will comfortable taking the site from groundwork's through to handover and dealing with all of the day to day issues on site. You will hold Valid 1st Aid, CSCS & SMSTS qualifications and be comfortable working in the Croydon / Bromley / Beckenham area on a long term basis.
