Overview
Leading MSP 8am - 4.30pm £18,500 - £22,000 DOE Yolk are working with a leading Managed Service Provider expanding their geographical footprint with the support of a brand new client in Cardiff. This is a full time position working within the education sector where your hours will be 8:00 - 16:30 daily. They require a highly organized and proactive person, able to work against tight deadlines with outstanding prioritization skills. The right candidate will be a problem solver with excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and stakeholders. You will provide customer focused 1st Line Service Desk support for hardware and software issues, setting up and management of user accounts and supporting all users in the operation of computer equipment – providing training and advice where necessary It is essential that you have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the following from a support perspective: Windows Server Management Active Directory and Group Policy Exchange/Office 365 TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP Telephony Basic wired and wireless networkin Interactive whiteboards They offer a comprehensive benefits package consisting of: Training and development plans tailored to your individual needs Financial advice available on request Enrolment into the workplace pension scheme Private healthcare after 3 years of service How to Apply: If you believe that you have the skills and experience for the role - then please get in touch.
