Overview

We are looking for an experienced 2nd line Support Analyst to join a prestigious organisation in the financial services industry. This role is supporting day to day services driven by Service Requests, Incidents and Change Management. You will be expected to contribute to continuous improvements in technical processes and procedures and application delivery. Essential skills: - Technical capability to support virtualised production environments using: Windows, Linux, Java, SQL. - Outstanding communication skills, focusing on quality of service. - Good understanding of the service life cycle with commercial experience operating in an ITIL environment. - Vendor liaison and 3rd party organisations collaboration across the globe. Desirable skills: - Understanding of architectural and software design patterns - Patch management and secure coding principles - BCP and DR document preparation and testing - Knowledge of: Application/ Platform Monitoring Tools(such as Dynatrace/ New Relic), analytical tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI), iOS/ Android.
