Overview

An experienced HR Manager is needed for an innovative technology business in London on a Permanent basis to help grow the HR team and function. An exciting Technology company in Central London are in search for a HR Manager to help support the growth and expansion of the business, where you will have a great opportunity to gain and develop your current skills whilst working within a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager includes: Being responsible for all recruitment within the company Implementing a number of important policies and procedures that align with all the global offices Managing the HR budget and the HR meetings Delivering a number of successful projects across the HR function Drafting and reviewing HR communications across the HR team Administering all grievances, disciplinaries and redundancies Implementing retention, employee engagement and performance enhancement strategies Successfully dealing with all employee relation cases within the business Key Requirements of the HR Manager includes: A good understanding of employment law Exposure to dealing with a variety of employee relation cases successfully Experience working within a start-up environment and growing a HR team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working within the technology/IT/Digital Media industry Between 5-10 years' experience working within HR Managerial positions If you are interested in this role, please apply.
