Overview
I am currently working on a retained assignment for a client who is keen to appoint a HRBP to join their organisation. This client is a global player and expert in their field and are continually growing as a business. You will likely already be working at a HRBP/ HR Business Partner level with experience in all generalist areas but perhaps seeking an opportunity with a more strategic element. With strong business partnering skills and a results orientated approach, you will be confident in your ability to streamline the HR strategy and drive the business forward. You will be supporting a workforce that have a sales and service focus so an understanding of this industry will prove beneficial. The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified and due to the element of travel involved a driving license is required. Working for this organisation will provide you with a clear path of progression with a fantastic support network to help you along the way.
