Overview
Full time customer advisor role. A successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with all customer service and client queries and making sure they are done within a timely manner. Client Details Our client is within the telecommunications industry based in Manchester. They focus on providing the best customer service through excellent policies and training for their employees. They are looking for a hardworking, reliable individual who can work in fast pace environment. Description Making sure that all Customer service queries are dealt with correctly and to the highest standard. The customer advisor would need to be organised and to be able to work alongside an experienced team. Profile The full-time Customer Advisor will have to be/have Previous customer service experience Able to work towards targets and KPI's IT skills Reliable Organised Work well within a face paced environment Job Offer Great location £11-12 p/h training provided
