Overview
Our client, a highly reputable global asset manager based in the City of London, has a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Client On-boarding Specialist. This is a high profiled, varied institutional client on-boarding role responsible for project managing and coordinating the implementation of new client accounts, new share classes, client in-specie transfers, switches as well as the coordination of fund on boardings, product/fund launches and change events. Acting as the single point of contact for new institutional clients, this role will work in conjunction with the Relationship Management teams in respect of the end-to-end on-boarding of new investment/portfolio operations related activities to include the coordination of contract negotiations (IMAs & IAAs). Candidates will bring strong client on boarding experience and will demonstrate first class client servicing skills to lead stakeholders and clients through the end to end on-boarding process partnering with multiple internal teams as well as external custodians and service providers.
