Overview
One of my clients, a leading specialist in the supply, installation and maintenance of Fire and Security equipment is currently looking for an experience Fire Alarm Engineer to cover a small area of South-East London, maintaining some highly prestigious contracts in the area. This role would suit an individual with at least 4 years' experience in maintaining and servicing fire alarm and emergency lighting equipment, ideally situated in South-East or South London looking to be responsible for a smaller geographical area of coverage. The role for the Fire Alarm Engineer will involve; The service, preventative and reactive maintenance and repair of fire alarm equipment. Working throughout the South-East and South London areas. Carrying out the routine testing of emergency lighting equipment. Covering a call-out rota of 1 week in 5 at present, which may be subject to change later in the year. Working on prestigious sites, as well as council contracts in the area. To be considered for this role, you must have; A full UK driving license. Previous experience in a similar role. FIA Units 1 & 5. Competency in fault finding on numerous fire alarm panels. This role will offer; A highly competitive basic salary, in line with industry standards. A call-out and overtime package.
