Overview
Business Analyst Cardiff £35,000 to £45,000 plus bonus & package Vargo is working closely with a growing Fintech organisation in the heart of Cardiff to secure the services of an experienced Business Analyst with a background in, IT, business and regulatory change projects. The company are in the midst of an exciting period of change as a result of significant investment. They have a huge portfolio of projects that are both underway and planned for 2020. You would be joining a high performing transformation team that is integral to the future success of the organisation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable eliciting requirements from a variety of stakeholders with a focus on delivering continuous improvement to the processes throughout the business. Any experience of process modelling and Agile methodologies would be great to have as would an understand of software related projects and ISEB best practices.
