Overview

Our Client an IT Managed Service provider are looking for Technical Project manager with 4-5 years experience as an Infrastructure Project manager having previously been employed in a Technical Support/Networking/Infrastructure Engineer role. The Ideal candidate will be looking for a career move into a company where they can be moulded into a mid-senior Project manager growing with the company and enjoying a long term career. PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE TRAVEL TO CLIENTS SITE IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS OUTSIDE THE UK ( NORTH AFRICA, UAE AND EUROPE) Essential Skills: 4-5 years experience in an IT Infrastructure project management role (junior level) ·Previous experience working within a Tech Support or Infrastructure support or network support role ·Excellent customer relationship management skills with proven experience to build, develop and grow ·Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts into 'layman’s terms' ·Proven ability to be able to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, using appropriate resources and tools, specifically Microsoft Excel ·Experience in defining project scope, goals and deliverable that support the project requirements ·Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload, where priorities may change throughout the day ·Demonstrable experience in delivering multiple projects simultaneously and effectively ·Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications ·Advanced knowledge of the Project life cycle Nice to Have : Prince 2 certification or similar
