Support Worker Your new company Our Social Care specialist consultants have close relations with local authorities, the NHS, voluntary and charitable organisations and private care home providers, meaning that we're best placed to find you your next job. Our expert consultants are on hand to give you career advice, guidance and support. Based within the Southampton and surrounding areas. Your new role You will be providing quality care and support while maintaining independence and dignity within a residential/school/supported living setting. The support you give will help the individual in becoming the best that they can be. Our clients ages range from Children and Young People to Adults with complex needs and learning disabilities. What you'll need to succeed As well as an empathetic, compassionate outlook on life, you will also need: Minimum of 6 months experience within the industry Team Teach Qualification is desirable A Full UK driving licence with access to your own transport is desirable We are predominantly recruiting for day workers for this position however night shifts could be required from time to time.
