Overview
In-house lawyer / counsel A top 10 FTSE business, my client is looking for a lawyer to join them to support on a 6 month contract based out of their Central London office, starting as soon as possible This role is within IR35. Due to the imminent release of new products across multiple jurisdictions, they need an additional lawyer to support the marketing team providing legal support and regulatory advice to the marketing function globally. You will need to be able to identify and mitigate legal risk in proposed and operational marketing activities, as well as identifying potential intellectual property, data protection, consumer protection, competition and compliance risks. The ideal candidate will be available to start ASAP and have 4 years PQE working in a commercial in-house position (Retail, commerce, marketing ) having advised marketing teams. Private practice candidates will be considered if they have worked with clients requiring marketing and advertising advice.
