Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for the next exciting step in your career? I'm currently recruiting a Head of Procurement for an expanding business. They require a commercially focused individual and strategic thinker with strong leadership experience. What will your day to day activities as a Head of Procurement include? Driving the team's strategy and value add to the business. Sourcing, tendering and setting up frameworks when required for key spend areas. Setting up appropriate supplier management post on boarding to monitor and maintain performance. Embedding yourself with all key stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and challenges and find solutions to overcome this. What will you need to be considered for this opportunity? Experience in developing and delivering category management in a broad range of categories across a business. Strong experience of engaging stakeholders at all levels of a business. Experience of leading teams and directing strategy. MCIPs qualified. What's on offer? £80,000 to £88,000 base salary Company car or allowance Competitive pension. Flexible working option.
