Head of IT Service Delivery York £75-85k Package An experienced Head of IT Service Delivery is required to join an exciting and expanding IT services organisations enjoying exceptional growth with their client base and services. This is a position working very closely with sales and will play a key part in helping to widen the range of products and services they're offering to include cloud solutions, and 24x7 support. To be considered you will need: Proven experience as Head of Service Delivery within a IT managed service environment Experience defining service delivery strategy Extensive experience working closely with sales teams, and working to expanding a portfolio of products Strong technical knowledge of the latest trends and technologies including AI/big data/cloud/automation Experience managing project management teams Experience managing service design and delivery teams Background implementing 24x7 Service Desk functions Prince 2 certification ITIL certification This role is perfectly suited to an experienced Head of Service Delivery who is looking to join an exciting young company and play a critical part in their growth and success.
