Overview
Quinton Davies are currently partnering with an international retail brand for a bilingual Customer Service Advisor. You will be a native European language speaker (German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch) Strong experience in a customer service team before, or a high touch point service environment such as retail or hospitality, with a background that proves you are passionate about your clients. The Role You will be dealing with customer calls and queries from both UK based and European customers - Representation of brand (Customer Service) Complaints handling Looking to drive sales in the right way more You Previous experience in a high touch service environment European language (Native) Ability to deal with multiple priorities Great organisational skills Background of customer conflict resolution A resilient personality with great rapport building skills Contact Lewis Bittle today Thanks for considering an application.
