Overview

Major investment institution based in Surrey, requires an experienced Product / Proposition Manager with a proven background in a product environment, ideally as a product manager, proposition manager or product technical proposition manager or product technical specialist within is essential. Having an understanding of the IFA / intermediary market would also be seen as beneficial. MUST HAVE a strong demonstrable knowledge of pensions, ISA's, general investment accounts extensive and demonstrable experience of managing, developing and delivering customer facing support services and propositions knowledge of client friendly design and of presentation formats that support ease of client understanding and use understanding of the technological and operational requirements in delivering product change knowledge and experience of constructing business cases or proposals for the development of ideas to influence key stakeholders or decision makers. strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills. excellent relationship development and management skills, including influencing and negotiating. strong organisational skills, aligned to strong decision making capability. analytical and problem solving skills.
