Description Key responsibilities: Provide support for the Helpdesk Advisors (HDA), including offering guidance and writing correspondence Produce and update all departmental rotas and registers Oversee the department in the absence of the manager, ensuring all processes continue as normal Assist the manager in producing and improving KPIs performance Make recommendations to improve processes and the overall levels of support to our clients and contractors Assist the manager in producing and updating all departmental handbooks Focus upon continuous improvement of processes and activities within the department Profile The successful candidate will have: Proven customer service experience Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills Experience of sales processes Understanding complaint management Assertive Personable and professional Job Offer This is a competitive salary with a fantastic benefits package.
