Overview
Customer Service Advisor £17,000 - £24,000 - dependant on experience Sutton Barker Munro Recruitment are delighted to be working with this specialised Commercial Insurance Broker who are currently looking to fill the role of Customer Service Advisor in their office in Sutton. As the Customer Service Advisor you will be required to take responsibility for your own work, ensuring that all queries are completed within the Service Level Agreements. Dealing with existing customer accounts you will ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided at all times and look to retain the maximum amount of policies. You will need to competently handle any complaints that arise and keep the management team abreast on the progress in resolving these complaints. To be successful in the role of Customer Service Advisor you will need excellent Customer Service and Communication skills. You will ideally have experience of working in a call centre environment or within a banking background (or similar) where customer service is important. You will need to be confident on the phone and whilst some insurance experience would be useful, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
